Yes! We deliver outside of the Greater Toronto Area, our rates are $2 per km.

Yes we do accept pickups, our pickup locations are:

DVP and Lawrence, Dufferin and Dupont.

We are able to accommodate that request! When filling out our contact form, please leave a note of that. We do recommend ordering for the day of your event, to keep your balloons fresh and lasting all day.

We recommend booking two-three weeks in advanced, if we are not already booked for that day.

We are able to accommodate last minute orders, unless we are fully booked.

Our balloon arrangements are custom made to order, so each one has their own price. If you are interested in our services, please fill out our custom form and we will get back to you with our pricing.

If it is outdoors, due to weather conditions (heat, wind, cold) they might pop, but this is unlikely. In these cases, we provide a few extra balloons in replacement of the popped ones.

It depends on the type of balloon and what we fill them with.

Regular latex helium balloons last 1-3 days maximum

Bubble helium balloons last 2-5 days maximum

Jumbo latex helium balloons last 2-5 days maximum

Regular air filled balloons last 5 days-3 weeks

In order to secure your order, full payment must be made once all details are finalized.

If you need to cancel, we offer two options:

- 50% reimbursement of your order

- Full amount in store credit towards your next event
